Traveling to Macao
Participants can travel to Macao by land, sea or air. You may take a direct or connecting flight to Macau International Airport; or to Hong Kong International Airport/Shenzhen Bao’an International Airport then transfer to Macao by ferry. More information is available here .
All visitors are required to have a visa except nationals of countries which are exempted from a visa or entry permit. In case you need a visa for travelling to China, please apply for your visa as soon as possible.
Invitation letter for visa applications
The organizer would issue an official invitation letter whenever necessary for visa application purposes. Our official invitation letter is intended to facilitate the participant’s travel and visa arrangements only, and does not in any way imply the provision of any support, financial or otherwise.
Invitation letters can only be issued to participants who have completed his or her registration including payment.
Requests for invitation letters should be sent, together with required information and documents (your registration details and a photocopy of your valid passport), via email to: firstname.lastname@example.org.
